What you'll get up to

Climb all 15 of the Welsh 3000’s over three days. Hike your way to the tops of the Snowdonia National Park and take in the breathtaking views.

We’ll guide you throughout the three days, teaching you essential hill walking & camp craft techniques to help you become a more knowledgeable mountaineer.

Our local knowledge and love for the outdoors will have you breezing your way up & down the Welsh peaks learning new skills along the way.

The Welsh 3000’s Challenge involves hiking from the top of Snowdon then over three mountain ranges. Our route takes us over Snowdon’s 3 peaks, Glyderau 5 peaks & Carneddau 7 peaks, finishing close to the North Wales coastline on the final peak, Foel Fras, set above the spectacular Aber Falls.

You’ll be led by our very experienced mountain leaders who’ll guide you throughout your trip, making everyday as rewarding as the last.

The views are truly stunning & will take your breath away, 3 Days will give you enough time to fully experience the variety of terrain. From knife-edge ridges to rolling summits, this trip is a truly adventurous way to experience this incredible landscape by the power of your own legs.   • Your own BEARD
  • Suitable clothing & footwear for all weather conditions
  • Rucksack 55/65L
  • Sleeping bag/roll mat
  • Tent
  • A full kit list will be sent prior to your trip

Need to know

Travel & Transport
All locations must be driven to in personal vehicles. Alternative transport can be arranged upon request. Locations are sent prior to arrival.

Food
We aim to meet any dietary requirements. A dietary form will be sent to your group weeks before arrival.

Equipment
We supply all equipment for each activity. All equipment is frequently safety checked and maintained. Bring suitable robust footwear appropriate for each activity, along with swimwear and a towel where applicable.

The Bearded Men's top tip

Get some miles under your belt! It’s not a requirement but we do recommend as you’ll enjoy the experience more, remember to roll the ankles and stretch those hammys to reduce the aches & pains of hiking.

Also, a decent camera if you’re after those dreamy photographs to frame when you get back home.
